The Sawnee Elementary School counseling department is in need of headphones and snacks. Thank You in advance for your donation to our school. 

Our students are divided into houses to create a sense of community and leadership. House earn points for their SOAR behavior. Each semester the house with the most points celebrates with a special event such as a popcorn and a movie, or a popsicle party. We are always looking for ways to celebrate our students' successess.

We often have students who forget a snack or need one.  Individually packaged snacks are always welcome at Chestatee.  Granola bars, pretzels, crackers, cereal, etc. are ideal.

Our greenhouse needs some repairs. This project has flexible times. 

Come by and look at what needs to be completed to repair greenhouse.
Come back to repair- times are flexible.  We would love this completed by the end of September.

Please bring materials needed-
Sign-in in the office if students are on campus.
Then park in the back of the school.

Our Chattahoochee Spirit Rock brings joy to families as they enter our school each day! We would love a volunteer interested in painting the rock with a winter theme as we head into Winter Break!

Help provide students in grades K-5 a community-based, hands-on learning experience by sponsoring a field trip. These include industry tours, feeder school pathway visits, or nearby historical sites. Please respond to this need if you are able to assist! We appreciate you and your willingness to share your knowledge with us! 

We love treating our staff to surprise treats! A little snack goes a long way and is so appreciated by our staff. We would love individually wrapped snack package donations such as crackers, granola bars, nuts, cookies, and candy to share with our staff as a special thank you treat! Donations can be brought to the front office at Chattahoochee Elementary School!  Thank you so much! 

When a business hosts a spirit night for Chattahoochee Elementary School, it partners with the school to create a special event where families, staff, and supporters are encouraged to visit the business on a designated date and time. In return, the business donates a portion of the evening’s sales—usually a percentage—back to Chattahoochee Elementary. This is a fun and easy way for the school community to come together, support a local business, and raise funds for school programs, activities, or classroom needs. Everyone wins: the school benefits financially, the business gains customers, and families enjoy a night out while supporting their school. Become a FCS Mentor: Becoming a mentor requires completing the FCS Mentor Application, attending a two-hour training session, and completing a background check. Training dates/times are listed within the FCS Mentor Application and a background check form will be provided at training.

LMMS counseling department is in need of 2 inch binders, pencils, dividers and individual snacks.  Our students often need additional school supplies and assistance learning organization skills.  We would appreciate any help providing these items to them.  We also provide snacks for students so they can feel and do their best.

A guest speaker is someone invited to share their knowledge, experiences, or expertise with students to enhance learning beyond the textbook. They often work in a specific profession or have a unique perspective related to the subject being taught. Guest speakers provide real-world insights, answer student questions, and help connect classroom lessons to practical applications. Their role is to engage students, inspire curiosity, and bring new energy and ideas into the classroom environment.

Raider Nation would accept any donations for educational and celebration of our teachers and students.

Our Counselors maintain a snack closet for students who may need a snack during the day. Please help support our students with individually packaged small  healthy non-refrigerated snacks (applesauce, pretzels, goldfish, or cheese crackers) to keep our kids fueled for the day. You can drop off snacks to our main office and let Mrs. Mary know that they are for counselors and our team will do the rest! Thank you for your support!

Their identity is kept secret until the moment they arrive, adding an element of excitement and anticipation. This fun activity encourages a love of reading, builds classroom community, and gives students the chance to enjoy stories read by different voices and personalities.

These treats—such as snacks, desserts, drinks, or small goodies—are shared during breaks or placed in common areas to surprise and uplift staff members. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply recognizing everyday efforts, these gestures help boost morale, strengthen team spirit, and create a positive and supportive work environment.

Support our Specialized Instruction students by donating snacks for the Treat Trolley! Each week, students stock and deliver snacks to staff around the building. This activity allows them to practice essential life skills such as communication, organization, money handling, and customer service — while also showing appreciation to our teachers and staff.

What We Need: Individually wrapped snacks (chips, crackers, granola bars, cookies, etc.) Small drinks (juice boxes, water bottles, canned sodas),   Fun seasonal items (candy, gum, etc.)

Why It Matters: Your donation not only helps stock the Treat Trolley, but also allows our students to: Practice social and job skills in an authentic setting, Build confidence through real-world interactions, Experience the joy of giving back to their school community.

How to Help: Drop off donations at South Forsyth Middle School’s front office, labeled “Treat Trolley.” We will gratefully accept one-time or ongoing contributions!

Each month, we recognize students and staff members who actively exemplify our HERD (Honesty, Empathy, Respect, & Determination) values. These values guide our work in accomplishing our vision of a school where learners grow with curiosity, character, and confidence. Staff members nominate recipients, who are then recognized in front of their peers and on social media. Recipients receive a certificate recognizing why they were nominated and receive a small token of acknowledgement of exemplifying the HERD values. We are looking for local businesses to support recipients. Students typically receive a card for a small treat from a local business. Teachers typically receive a small gift card or item from a local business. We appreciation your consideration to support this important initiative at LMMS.

LMMS is committed to improving the educational experiences of our students through providing rich professional learning for our teachers and support staff. We have dedicated a space in our school to guide our work. We are seeking local businesses to support our professional learning space through providing drinks, snacks, and treats to our staff as they participate in a variety of professional learning opportunities.

What This Is: A 30-minute, community-hosted session during Flex Time (Tuesday–Thursday) designed to teach practical life skills—like budgeting, communication, teamwork, wellness, or digital citizenship—in a fun, interactive way.

Why It Matters: Flex Time is built for enrichment—and your expertise can elevate it: Students practice real-world skills,   Schools build stronger community connections,   Your business gains visibility.

How It Works: Choose a Flex Time session slot (Tues–Thurs) and offer a hands-on, interactive lesson/activity aligned with life skills.   We will help advertise to students and families.

Impact Connected to the Learner Profile: These sessions help students develop key learner traits—like collaboration, responsibility, adaptability, and critical thinking—directly reflecting FCS’s vision for empowered, capable learners.

LMMS has dedicated to becoming a PBIS school, a Positive Behavior Incentive School. We are currently in our second year of implementation and we are focusing on reinforcing our HERD values of honesty, empathy, respect, and determination. Recognizing positive behaviors plays a major role in the success of PBIS. We are seeking monetary donations to purchase supplies for recognition, as well as gift cards and retail merchandise for students and staff members.

All grades have lunch between 10:30-12:30. We are looking for  volunteers to help monitor the children during  lunch shifts. 

Your $150 donation will provide powdered donuts, coffee, juice boxes, and waters for students and their dads as they build deeper connections and discuss character topics. Your business name will be displayed on the table and given recognition at the event. 

Donate $100 to have your business name and logo featured in our school newsletter for families.
